I recently used a guy in a unit to fit tyres and he then couldn't balance them for that reason.

Never had a problem with the large tyre chain places, who I normally tend to use.

It's also 82NM torque because it's a 10.9 rated bolt. I copper grease the heads on any new ones I fit to stave off corrosion. Have had more than enough dramas in the past!

A bit of rotational play is not that big of a deal, although if the play is up and down at the joint (i.e. the prop flexes) then it's less good

The fuel filter will self bleed if you run it straight away and keep cranking when it cuts out.

For sudden black smoke I'd check the turbo/intercooler hoses haven't collapsed, and also ...

I had play recently and presumed it was the bearing, but it turned out to be a loose nut. Now the grinding noise above 55mph has gone!

That would be 2009MY vehicles with the last 6 digits showing as the chassis number onwards.

At this time the A frame bushes changed to ANR4164 which use a metric bolt.
