United Kingdom 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Keswick Green
Can you identify this part?
I’m trying to find a rattle that only occurs after my 110 2.4 develops after sitting at 70mph+ for around an hour.

I’ve identified this part as a possible cause, but can’t find it on any part diagrams. It’s mounted to the chassis on the left hand side, just above the exhaust hangar.

Any help much appreciated. It seems to be a bracket for some hoses? (1st photo I’ve drawn a pink line around the part in question) 2011 2.4 110 Utility Wagon

Isn’t that the heat shield for transfer box mounting bushes.

The bolts onto the chassis don’t look fully tight in your picture

I'll have to rely on YRM's classification of the part as I can't find any other images of it

@ Will@LRW you have definitely got the correct part. Thumbs Up

Looks to just protect the fuel lines from exhaust
