What will and won’t cause the ECU to log a driver demand fault? Obviously the throttle pedal will if faulty, but will failing Crank and map sensors do the same ?

I read a post somewhere about the turbo wastegate actuator sticking open briefly on a td5 Defender which also apparently logged similar codes ?? Not sure!

A rough idea on the td5 engine management system would be good.

Bar the occasion into Taunton, in traffic,, no boost as such use that time

Plus a 30 mile run to Branscome for the Exeter trail,, all good, set up the event start, half hour later , go to drive the hill, problem there again

I did notice this time, after limping it into Tiverton MacDonald's, the fuel gauge moving about and being erratic ,while having a known full tank

Nanacom just giving fault code 21-06 driver demand

PS,, The input is really appreciated guys Smile California F1, RR TDV8 VogSE, 90 V8 Hybrid, 55 Series 1

If you still have the Nanocom and are willing to save & send some fuelling data logs, I'd be happy to take a look & try ascertain what's happening. Have a few ideas but all long shots without any prior EMS input data troubleshooting.
