110 CSW Body Rebuild
Having had to face up to some cross-member replacement, I decided to a survey of my 2004 110CSW. I think it’s fair to say that it’s in need of some serious refurbishment. I could probably tackle this task by task over a period of time, but it might just be easier to gut the interior and do everything required in one big project. The main chassis itself is in good shape and most of the suspension has been replaced already. It’s the body itself that needs attention, including some floor supports.

In terms of body refurbishment, how much of it is bolted together versus being welded? Presumably, the front bulkhead is welded in? What else?

Thanks a lot. ——————————

I'm just coming to the close of this process myself..... Nothing difficult, but quite time consuming if you are as fussy as me 😊
If the front footwells need doing then that a welding job, everything else is bolt in or spot welded.
Spot welds are easily drilled out and can be replaced with pop rivits.
