I found most of using the chatgpt assistant created by one of the members: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-U7gyA4J3E-gap-iid-diagnostics-assistant and I also changed MultiCAN-742.

Here is everything I changed:

EUCD-098 Lane Departure Warning: LDW Fitted & TSR Fitted with OverSpeed
MultiCAN-498 LaneKeepAssistLKA: LKA fitted
EUCD-026 Power Steering Type: Electric Power Steering with external angle and torque control, only for JLR
MultiCAN-742 Traffic Sign Recognition TSR: TSR Fitted with OverSpeed

Using the Gap G4 I tried to activate the ACC
all was enabled but the AEB error wasnt able to be cleared.

this G4 unit was bought a year ago, could it be because its old firmware it didnt reset the DADC?
Thanks

The AEB error following editing the CCF is generally due to the DADC not being updated/reset correctly.
Before editing you should always make sure the tool is updated to the latest firmware to minimise the possibility of errors.
GAP support are generally helpful. Defender 110 D300 X-Dynamic HSE MY22

I was able to successfully select with the rotary after I changed the following:
MultiCAN-797 Ter CT Select In FCPB
- Changed to > "Rotary used for selection within touch

I tried the same and nothing changed. Is there another setting that needs to be switched perhaps?

Anyone played around with turning off Engine Noise Cancel? My Defender arrives in a couple of weeks and hoping to start upgrading the sound system. Hoping to be able to turn off the Engine Noice Cancel and/or Active Noise Cancel (can't find any reference to ANC in CCF files)

MultiCAN-683 EngineNoiseCancel
Not Supported

Have you tried it or found any else about it?

Disable the fake engine noises played through the stereo (or choose different versions) with these two settings:

Next Generation Power Train Sound Quality (NGPTSQ)
MultiCAN-584 NextGenPwrTrnSQ
Select: Not Fitted
MultiCAN-585 ActSndDesignPwrlvl
Not Supported
Select: Not Fitted
* Both set to ' Not fitted ' for off

Is a pivi reset required for this kind of change? My other changes didn't require a pivi reset.

Replace battery service/test Gap IID

I can't find anything in the service/test menu where I can program a new one.

My first battery was replaced under warranty after almost two years because it only had half its capacity.

I hope the new battery lasts longer this time. But if it happens again, my warranty will probably be void, and I'll want to replace the battery myself.

Regards

Request a firmware update from gap with service options on it. They seem to be able to do that if requested MY25 D350 Defender 110 X, Carpathian Grey, 7 Seat, Electric Towbar
