My turbo snapped when mine went in the other week 
at the same time i had the glow plugs replaced, timing chain and cover replaced all new injector seals etc.

Spoke to Pete Bell last night who gave some real world advice on hybrids, top bloke tbh.
for the extra 15-20 bhp for me its not worth 2 thirds extra over the standard.
