	Try lubricating the wheel box spindles where they come out the of the bulkhead first and see if that makes a difference.

	A rattle I had was due to loose bolts on the bracket that holds the dpf to the block. They used to come loose until a bit of thread lock was applied.

	Changing the pump can make a difference. A rear pump is more powerful than the front. I think there is a disco one or headlamp pump even stronger.
