On the PDR, north of Lakefield national park, let me give you my personal experience, the Allianz policy
is capped unlike the factory warranty, the RRS was 6 months out of factory warranty and I had to pay a mint
In additional tow charges, flights and accomodation, do not be deluded that LR Australia will contribute
squat if you have major issues, even Allianz where surprised that LRA showed Censored all good will.. I know
all to well how it works and how it hits your wallet Evil or Very Mad

edited: that was even after I had paid LR $2,200 for the privilege of the additional 2 years extended warranty yet another pommie bar steward down under

It’s a bit early to tell. The impression I get is that the vast majority of cars seem to be trouble free. The ones that have vehicle problems do seem to have parts supply issues. This has probably been an issue for production as well as parts replacement. No doubt covid and Brexit didn’t help.

Software and related updates do get mentioned as an issue for many. It seems a bit inconsistent.

My personal gripe is poor documentation, and little information on the updates I’ve received.

I would not change my decision to swap my Disco 4 for a Defender 110 though. It is a far better car in so many ways. 2021 Defender 110 X-Dynamic HSE D300 MHEV
