towbar extension for bike rack
Anyone used the Nakatenga cycle carrier extender on your defender.In theory looks ok .

I have this, yes. Worked perfectly fine with two mountain bikes.

Thanks .Is your lowball the normal defender puma? Looking at pictures there is a bolt on fitting at the back im think may snag .What bike rack have you used ?

Apologies for my late reply. I have the detachable tow bar and used a Thule bike rack. Actually, my extension might be a bit different to the Nakatanenga, I have no quick release, but the principle is the same.
Used a carry strap to fix it additionally on the spare wheel. You can probably do without but with two EMTBs it had quite some leverage effect.
