Yeah, pretty busy at the moment - full until the middle of September at least

Managed to get a couple of hours in after work yesterday to finish the AC install off on the 90. Both the condenser fan and compressor clutch are now controlled by the ECU.

Using the Nanocom I could test the ECU outputs and trigger the fan and compressor clutch - it all works! Luckily the wires were already in the loom for the relay coil wires. I traced them as far up the loom as I could and cut them. They were then long enough to crimp the relay base terminal straight on.

Booked in for pressure testing and gassing on Wednesday. If nothing leaks then it should be fully functional

Once that's done, the only thing my 90 doesn't have is ABS/TC. So at the moment it's and XS-

Had the AC gassed up today, zero leaks and fully gassed with 750g of gas and 100ml of oil. Its absolutely ice cold. The compressor and fan are cutting in and out as they should - all ECU controlled. Happy chappy!

Yes Zed, lightbar is still in place. It sits below the condenser so all good there
