Something different from Staffordshire... er and a challenge
 Ex Scottish Energy Defender. Interesting differences and additions to the chassis to cope with the extra weight.

Love this just in from a farm estate in Wiltshire. I have done her before thankfully so she is not too bad, just need to get the muck and straw off her first

My job for today... deep clean and polish, treat rust on seat frames and respray. I love smartening up work, I used to enters cars for Concourse De Elegance competitions, even won a few cups at club level
Top tip from those days. You know some material gets fluffy and worn! Well shave it with an old shaver

Just doing that at the moment and horse hair 'Bluest'. Just a combination of sticky tape, and rubbing quickly with a powerful vacumn nozzle. Hold the nozzle at the bottom almost like a pen and flick from side to side quickly
There is no easy, quick way I know, just have to put the graft in on small areas at a time. I have definitely underestimated the cost of doing this job  Oh well, it makes a change from rust and I enjoy doing it, the lady client will be really pleased as well Last edited by Zagato on 4th Mar 2020 12:18pm. I used to know a valeter who used a can of dark grey spray paint. When he couldn't get the hairs out of the pile he would spray paint them to match.
