A few days ago, I got my mate to re drill the and thread rivet the rear crossmember so I can have rear mud flaps again, the only thing that's biting me now, is that it needs a few patches under there, The mot tester marked the areas off, but it wasn't an mot failure. He said get your pal to weld those areas up, and your laughing. So that's another job for me and my pal, at some point next year. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

yeah its in better nick than the old one for sure, With it been a new motor to me. I wasn't sure on what surprises it had in store for me. Remember the old one had a very questionable MOT and cost me a bomb twice! Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

This one has been looked after so I will give the previous owner his credit. A few things that i need to move forwards on with but that's going to be this year. Security is a massive one this year like, After what happened last year Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Last night I was waiting at the lights and I thought id give this a bit of a sports car rev, It got off with me and put the engine light on
So I had to do a quick reboot and all was well again Not sure what the story was there, I must have off the ECU. I thought it would be more manly than my 306 HDI, as I give that a bit of a rev, Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back Success is 90% Inspiration and 4 minutes Preparation # you can make it! |

You'll need to get it plugged in, Procta, as it's definitely a fault of some kind. Could be related to turbo boost or possibly the MAF sensor, but the fault code log should give you more of an idea. Darren

I think it maybe the maf sensor, its got one of those daft air filters in from Ebay, I have got a replacement paper unit. The only thing is the light hasn't popped back on since, so I am keeping my eye on it. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Ah I forgot to mention, that I have bought my 1st security upgrade and another little upgrade too. Which need to be fitted but the way the weather is at the moment I have mothballed it.
Also two upgrades are on the cards. One I was going to put in my old 300, the other I have toyed with the idea but I thought hell with it, ( just to blink it up a bit) Also tonight there my rev counter bulb just went pop! so I need to find out what the replacement ones are, so I can stock pile or even change them all.
