Definitely nothing on the slider part. The nipples all seem to be normal ones, although there is one I have to undo by 1/4 turn to get the the grease gun end onto it.

Mine only has the nipples on the UJs and not the sliding part.

Would it ever be worthwhile unbolting one end and sliding the 2 bits apart and apply grease to the splines?
 Do I need diff lock to jack a wheel?

My diff lock often doesn't engage when the gearbox is cold, but completely fine when warmed up.

There's the warning label on the seatbox and in the manual that you should engage it before lifting, ...
