Happened to me too. Interior light and radio on same fuse. It will almost certainly be a blown fuse. Swap over the fuse for these circuits. Can't remember which one but in main fuse box.

Have you got the correct number of spacers on the check fixing point. I fitted one to a 2011 90 in 2014 and had no trouble with the door card. Mine was possibly an earlier version though.

Ideally you need to source an identical wheel and tyre. Better to post a picture of your wheel.
