I've just downloaded my 21000 mile service sheet & there is no mention of any oil and filter change. I wonder if it differs by model year? Mine is MY24 with a build date of May 2024.

Reason being is that as far as I am aware, there is NO prescribed oil change interval for the 3.0 ingenium. There are service intervals of course but the service sheets ... |

My D250 is the easiest vehicle l have ever done an oil change on. The filter is at the top of the engine, at the front. The oil can be sucked out of the dipstick hole with a Mityvac.

Yes, the service intervals are a bit strange.
Example, I changed the oil after 1 year and around 12k miles. The computer had suggested a change at around 15k miles so I suppose I was a bit early.

If it helps, regeneration is just under 1000rpm iirc
Services (aircon etc) will push the revs up a bit. |
