Stainless is a lot harder on the machinery to work with, it wouldn't be something I'd consider doing.
That's interesting. Have you considered doing a stainless steel version? |

I make all the components including the skins
anyways as i restore original doors, so it shouldn't be a big leap to make my own version.

I use one of them thick rubber mats that you get from an agri supplier, there heavy but tough.

I make galvanised one's for 110's, but trying to get a courier to take them to the Mainland is impossible, so i just do them for local customers.

I do a Puma style door also, it uses your old glass and fittings so no need to buy the Puma glass and rubbers.
