Yes, it will, I've done the same swap.
The Pioneer has 3 sets of RCA (phono) sockets, for Front, Rear and Subwoofer connections to an amplifier.
Just use the Sub socket to connect the Alpine sub.

Thats exactly what I have. Such a bummer if it wont work. Any idea what the issue is?
There are different fob types for 2 different alarm ECU's, 10AS (green) or ALM (black)

If you've got the 2014 to 2016 type fob, I believe there is no one piece integrated key & fob.
If that's not correct, and someone does make one, I'd be interested to hear about it.
