It's not the drugs for which I clamour, it is for a continuation of basic good hygiene and common sense practices, such as regular had-washing, good ventilation, and basic good manners such as covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze, and staying home from work if you think you have a cold.

All of which people people of my generation were conditioned to do more or less at birth, and later generations were encouraged to do during COVID but now don't seem to bother with any more.

I currently have Covid - managed to pick it up on holiday while in China - can’t beat some original Wuhan

Hello from Aussie.
Yes, there is still plenty of it about, & we still take & wear a mask if we feel the need to do so.
And there's still much that is unknown about it, it affects people in different ways, some worse than others, and "long Covid" seems to be a reality for some, and of course it's still killing people.
We're up to vax no. 7!
