Wheels/Tires allowed by Conformity Certificate
I am facing a moment of panic as I recently ordered a set of Sawtooth wheels (7x16xET20) but my certificate of conformity (COC) only lists 7x16xET33 wheels.

I've been told by the Swiss MOT that as a consequence, I'll need to show up with tons of paperwork and have the new ones evaluated and approved.

I guess my questions is : why aren't those wheels showing up on the COC?
It seems to me that they should be among the wheels that LR used to put on this car (it's a 2009 Puma, pretty basic version):

Here is a screenshot of the aforementioned COC (highlighted in red the wheel part):

I went through this in Zurich with the ANR Classics from Nakatanenga. I had to provide a DTC appprovement (CHF 180.-) and a confirmation from the manufacturer of the wheel (CHF 50.-).
Is this about the original LR-Sawtooth or a copy?

I'd imagine it's because those particular wheels were never available for a regular vehicle of that age. Despite them being very common now, they were originally only available on a handful of special editions. Darren

A copy. To be honest I'm even willing to go OEM if only I could find them

How about putting the original wheels on the car for the MFK, and then switch back to the aftermarket Sawtooth?

Apart from the hassle of doing that, this country is pretty strict - if they stop you, or you have an accident, you can get in serious trouble

I'd suggest to contact someone who's experienced in this. For me, it was the 4x4 Manufaktur (miriam*at*4x4manufaktur.ch) who provided me with all neccessary paperwork. She speaks french me guess. Good luck!

Thanks for the info, I'm quite unaware of the DTC approvement. What is that?
I can get in touch with Britpart in the meantime and see whether they can provide a doc for the wheel itself.
Maybe the have previous cases in CH regarding this

The 33mm offset where already offered for long time with the freestyle rims. They went to North America no issues.
I checked the CoC for my 2012, and I have the 33mm offsets listed.

I hope this can help you.

Edit.. Owe I see you need the 20mm, but is also listed, just 3 lines below.

Tires and rims depend most probably on the type approval

which is e11*2007/46*0133*02 for MY2012

And shall be e11*2007/46*0133*00 in your case

This is eventually what I did. Mirjam was very helpful and managed to get me the wheels and the docs needed.
Got my MOT check in a couple of weeks to approve the new setup and hopefully everything will be fine.
The new setup looks exactly like I wanted it. now it's full power on rust management Laughing Laughing
