Mine was missing as well. Two extra large penny washers a nut and bolt and sealer/hylomar job done. I used the body mount washers from classic range rovers or discovery as I had some

It’s to drain out water during heavy rain. After some discussion at Land Rover regarding where to put the drain hole, it was decided that up to three inches of water in the footwell was acceptable

I thought that a flat floor and not working doorseals were good enough to get the water in while wading and out after rain.
![]() On the Camel Trophy Discoveries there were cuts in the bottom off the doorseals to let the water in while wading other wise the disco's would float to long.
