I have just checked my emails and I got an email on Friday 4th May which showed a couple of small holes in bubble wrap

I’ve tried to take some photos but it’s difficult to photograph.
Compare that with your comment that they were pretty badly knocked up, so badly knocked up that it was difficult to photograph!
I informed you verbally on the Friday that I could not do anything about it until the next working day which was Monday the 7th when I would arrange an exchange of the sliders. However you decided to paint them and posted on the Sunday at 08.51 that because you had painted them that you could not return them. Did you really want me to confirm that because you had painted them, they could not be exchanged? Maybe I was amiss in not sending an email saying I had stuck some bolts in the post on the Monday!
Believe it or not Barbara and I do like the occasional weekend off from work!

You need to check your dates before making them up to make the customer look wrong, the 7th was a bank holiday. You said you were in Saturday doing some stuff and would check the rest and call me to let me know with a view to ship Tuesday as you were not in the Monday that was the last I heard from you.
Ah so you did get the emails, you said they came through on Barbs computer but hadn’t received any emails from me on Friday when I called as i hadn’t had a reply.
It’s difficult to photograph a rock slider and hold it at the same time.
This is boring, keep bumping it back to the top if you like but this isn’t the forum to argue about it and it’s not going to change my personal expperiance even if it was a one off.
I’ll send you a Subject Access Request as I’m not happy your copying email content into a public forum - how do I know you won’t start posting full emails.. Then we can both pretend this didn’t happen.
