Out of interest, what made you choose the 'ardcase over the Adrenaline pedal lock boxes than cover the entire pedal area?

The systems that block the pedals are rated like the best anti theft from independent italian car theft observatory....

And Adrenaline one is too "BIG"..... Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition

It is big, but i think you'd struggle to remove it! I've never found it annoying (unless it breaks free from its storage space and starts sliding around the back if the 90!)

i've heard stories of pedal locks like the 'ardcase and clutch claw (centinel) having the pedals cut using bolt cutters and then the landy being driven using the 'stumps'.

Just my 2pence worth!

Hazza's right, (just like the steering locks!), they snip them off and drive the stumps or if in a rush just drive off with it all still in place. You don't need a clutch to change gear, the accelerator is free on some (clutch claw!) so you just drive off and brake with the handbrake. They don't have to drive it far to get it on the back of something Evil or Very Mad

Best to go with something that covers all the pedals and then the main weakness will be the lock itself - I wonder how the locks stand up to sliding hammers Question

Two minutes with an angle grinder on the box should put that right - might spoil the paint finish though. Steve.

Yes sure

but more than 2 min, because the pedal have interference with the piece of metal where the latch go inside and with the lock mechanism.....

Need to shift to right up the throttle pedal permitted (all the holes must be "grindered")...

Can you have a word with him and ask him to hurry up and make one that is XS & Air con compatible. I am waiting for them to make one - anything to make the scroats think twice or slow them down.
