It always amazes me that professional companies don't bother checking their adverts using a spell checker before publishing them. It doesn't give a very good impression. John

It's more grammar and punctuation - spell check would not have picked up anything! Your right it would have been more professional to get someone to proof read the advert, although I do have a sympathy for folks that find it difficult to read or write as I used to work with many.

Some people get really irritated by posts on forums where the poster is obviously articulate and maybe dyslexic but doesn't bother to use a spell check. It don't bovver me.

I like the look of it Fekete, may get one Thumbs Up

I agree, the ad is shockingly poor.

And why do so many people seemingly have difficulty with "your" and "you're" ?

Good point - as you say it is more a case of grammar than spelling - No instead of Know for example. I don't generally have a problem with poor spelling on forums, as said many people have issues with spelling (I'm sure we all have words that we get wrong) but for a company advert I feel that they should get it proof read first. John

Being very jealous of Dgardel's Ardcase I ordered a few days ago my own from mudstuff only to find out that there is exactly the same problem with the cut for the break pedal.

I sent a mail to mustuff today and waiting. What was also annoying is that my ardcase came without the Land Rover logo on it and with a green plastic keyring with the ardcase logo printed on it. Crying or Very sad

Daniel please tell me what happened with your faulty Ardcase.

Let's hope I get the correct one fast since I have to leave for a dangerous trip the following days.

Mike.

Ciao Mike,

I sent mine to the manufacturer and he just finish the LHD version based on my measurements....

Write to MUD (you just wrote, so wait tomorrow) and they will give you instructions. Mud will change yours do not worry.....

here the mail from 'ardcase manufacturer, very professional and customer care oriented.....

Hi Daniele
We have finished your Ardcase which we have made to match your measurements. It will go with the courier in the morning ( Monday). I hope it fits ok!!
Let me know when it arrives. ( and if you have your T shirts too?)
Thank you for your patience. If it does not fit...we will still work to make you one that does!!...and we will pay all the postage.
Best wishes

Thanx Daniele. I am sure they are very customer oriented but I just hope to get the correct one fast and with all the goodies that you also got (LR logo and the beautiful LR keyring)

Anyway I will let you know since it looks like we are too souls in the same boat Smile

Thanx again...

Mike.
