Thanks chaps. The shell is all original inc boot floor. Inner sills are good, outer sills will be replaced.
The main work will be the front end as the inner wings are shot to pieces. Once the sills are sorted the plan is to cut off the front end and get the body on the chassis. That will then allow me to line up the new front end with the chassis and get it all welded on. Then it's just a case of sorting th body panels which are pretty good ![]() 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

Not really no. I replaced the bottom 25mm or so of inner sill, mostly as a prevention as it would probably have needed doing in the next couple of years or so. The rest is solid. Inner wings, outer sills and then it just cosmetic bits really
