Yeahhh I have variable front wipe washer intermittence
With A REAL PLUG & PLAY solution....

buy this click for ebay

Volskwagen code: 357 955 531 or 3B0 955 531
Bosch code: 0 986 335 058
Beru code: 0 900 301 082

To program is easy:
Push down on the w-w lever, have it wipe once, bring it up and wait until you need to wipe again,
then push it down.
It'll use the same wait interval! Very clever, but not obvious.

more info and more spare parts code here Selec wiki

Happy to improve our Puma

How easy was fitting. What does the stalk now do? Down being intermittent, Middle off, Up 1 constant and Up 2 fast.

Its works in this way:

1. light rain put DOWN the WW lever and then up (off)
2. wait XX seconds
3. put DOWN again the WW lever

from now the WW start automatically EVERY XX seconds.

When you switch off again the WW the system resets itself at 6 seconds.

and again

1. After a short spray of the screen there is only 1 wipe in stead of 4.
2. After a longer spray of the screen there is only 3 wipes in stead of 4.

I don't know on Tdi but check the installed intermittence, if it has the same P/N of Td5 and Puma you can do it.

it's a red relay case box on the fusible bay under the steering wheel.

This late evening I'll check the P/N of my original intermittence (I'm in office now) and I'll write here.
