8700 JWS has the ECE R112 homologation, THE SAME of the original bulb headlamps.
For the law the 8700 and originals ARE THE SAME HEADLAMPS !!! Here the reg.: https://files.me.com/daniele.gardellin/0gt8tq Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition ![]() IID Pro MV License |

na, no point, just put filament lights in for mot, especially as they are only going to be every 2 years. having said that, the little gyros in my model helicopter aren't expensive, so if I could talk to an engineer maybe we could put something together - know anyone BigRuss ![]() |

i have a set of the LED healights fitted to my 110 DC, ( perks of working with Mobilecentre ), and at a recent MOT of my landy, i asked about the LED / HID law, to which the tester said he knows nothing has yet...mine passed tho.. Putting Dreams on Drives at JLR Solihull..

like the look of SteveS's light bar too.
I'm going to see how the tests go on the slidelight version of the 8700's and get some in Feb. |
