Here's some pics of it fitted;

Here's the wiring diagram I used

For the switches on the front of cubby pin outs are:
1:earth
2:fused live
3:pin 5 on the rear switch
4:pin 2 on the rear switch
5:fused live
6:illumination

For the switches at the rear of the cubby, so for the second row seats, pins are:
1:isolation switch
2:pin 4 on the front switch
3:window motor (up)
4:window motor (down)
5:pin 3 on the front switch
6:illumination

Make sure you have the correct switches for the front and rear positions, the switches at the front of the cubby are all black and are basically the same as defender window switches, the rear switches however are different and have a grey base to them, they're different inside to as I found out the hard way when the front switches would work perfectly but every time I used the rear switches (i had black based switches the same as the front to start with) they kept blowing the fuse, once I plugged the grey based switches in it worked fine.
Hope this helps

I haven't wired the isolation switch yet as I haven't found a connector for it yet so have just earthed them as the isolation switch only switches the earth.
The only issue with the sunroof panel I've found is that you have to be careful cutting the hole in the back of the cubby as there is very little room for error on the one edge of the panel, as the clips are right on its outer edge meaning that if you cut too much of the outer vinyl or leather, it'll leave a gap between the panel and whatever's covering your cubby. Thankfully trim glue saved the day on that one Rolling Eyes
Hopefully if all that makes sense, you'll see what I mean when you get yours Thumbs Up

Smart! Very smart! I was thinking of putting smaller switches (from a BM) on the door card and a button on the dash that just raises the rear windows to the top

Bloody photobucket Evil or Very Mad I've just spent ages replacing most of the early photos on this thread so it makes some sense. Only one or two missing now but what a pain they should be strung up! Ray

So the rear electric windows are all in and working but I wasn't happy with the provided mount for the switches so decided to to put them in the doors. Managed to get the surrounds for the switches in this evening

A bit neater than the switches hanging out of the door cards Rolling with laughter
So as mentioned above I just need to wire the rear switches up so I have a set in the front so I can use them while driving Ray

Thankyou Thumbs Up it's another job that's temporary though. I'm just trying to get everything I want together and working so when I sort the new doors out it can put it all back together easier Mr. Green Ray

The wiring kit came with the leccy Windows so all I had to do was extend a few of them to reach the doors, it not that hard I'm sure you could do it Thumbs Up Ray

Update just for Tiger Rolling with laughter

Finally started fitting the wiring for the heated screen and mirrors today

Doesn't look much but with tidying up a few previously run wires under the dash and adding wires for the mirrors it took me a good few hours Big Cry

All the heated screen wiring is in and the dash back together but I'll have to connect the mirrors up tomorrow as I've run out of light and while the door trims are off I'll fix the central locking broken wire for the drivers door. Are defenders ever finished? Ray
