Are your batteries firmly secured to the cables? Sometimes a loose connection can give you the problems you experience. Make sure the cables are secured tightly on the posts and that there is no movement whatsoever when you try to move the cables by hand.

You can also try re-shaping the posts before securing the cables again, or maybe you can put in a copper sleeve on the negative post and a pounded thin lead sleeve for the positive post to make sure there is good contact.

I had hesitation and cutting out before and it turned out to be the issue I described above.

I hope this solves your problems.

If you have access to diagnostics. I would start checking the obvious things like fuel rail pressure actual vs desired.
Still sounds fuel related to me.
You could do injector relearn as well. If that fails perhaps you have a suspect one.

Cured. Injectors removed and sent off for testing. 2 failed and were replaced. Pilot re-lrelearn carried out and now running sweet.

Glad it's solved. Thumbs Up

This is why I run the millers diesel additive to keep everything as clean as you can hope for, I try and stick to the same fuel where possible too as some of it can cause poor running I've found. Especially if you have a tune. _\Hennessey|Venom| F5/___
