I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the benefit to the drag co-efficient Whistle

The recess is part of the defender look, wouldn't be the same with some fancy colour coded flush cover, far too modern! Current Steeds:

1992 Ducati 888 (no longer in bits, yahoo)

I ordered two, so I could sell the second one to the highest bidder Wink

Ok, no, I paid £11 each + £4 postage (which is exactly the amount printed on the envelop).

Haven't put them on yet, tomorrow maybe.

A good few years ago well at least nine years, I was in contact with the maker of Defendoors, I can't recall his name now or the country he lived in. The reason I mention this is because he was designing a few other goodies, one was a rear speaker pod andf I was kindly sent a prototype of the pods for free, I still have these fitted and they are much better than LR ones. Shortly after that he seemdd to dissapear off the face of the earth. Odd as he was making money out of his designs.

I have the rear speaker enclosures from the maker of Defendoors I went for the 6x9 option, like you say much better than the LR originals, shame they don’t make them anymore Sad 2005 90 XS
