Come on Naks, our entire vehicles were defective straight from the factory, that’s why each of us have spent at least the last 10 years finishing them Rolling with laughter

I thought plastic (nylon or polyethylene) could not be glued. Any clue what is used to bond these parts?

So, this chap (ZA) says that there's a UK company doing a billet steel replacement part, does anyone know about this?

Australia 2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 SW Indus Silver
Is the through flow of coolant more controllable than the original plastic one or is it still just a choice between cold and then very warm/hot no matter where the dial on the dash is set?

I spoke with D&D at the time. They said they’d made it for Ian at IRB, so hopefully he will come on here and tell us when it is available. I really want one! WARNING.

Hello everyone, happy to see this thread popping up. My defender mainly blows warm, (also when heater is not turned on, The A/C blows hot air) is that related to this part (or could it be)? Have a good day everyone. Making my Defender great again. (Or trying to at least xD)
