Horn sounds like it has a sock in it.
My horn sounds like someone has stuffed a sock in it - really muted and barely noticeable - any ideas? The Rules:-

Are horns still adjustable ? They used to have an adjuster screw in the middle with a lock nut.

Can't say I've looked at one lately but they may not have anymore. 2005 Td5 90 XS

If you are getting battery voltage at the horn, then the horn must be faulty. May have water ingress.

I know many people claim to be able to fix anything on a Land Rover with a hammer Very Happy but try tapping it with a hammer, the diaphragm inside could be bunged up with crud and dust, worth a try before spending £'s

The horn is behind the head light, so would check the connections first. Thumbs Up

If it as taken in water, you will still hear it, but it will be a dull/muted sound.
