Iron Man. Excellent and great value. The "B" springs work best with the foam cell shocks.

the current suspension is as original. there is plenty of rammel floating about in the back, 70% on road, with a humungusly rough track 1 mile long, which i travel twice a day 6 days a week (too and from work) Harry |

Iv'e got pro comp gas shocks on my Series BUT they are made in China apparently and have a reputation for rusting which see's them snap near the bush

like darren said - koni. Not cheap but last long (100K miles without fault on my 300tdi) and more comfortable than my 110 puma in standard form
