why does the transit do 38 + mpg full at 80 and the 90 do 29mpg empty with a roof rack?

answers on a post car - 4 wheel drive cant knock 10mpg off?

The dealer has got mine in today to rectify a rain leak into the drivers footwell & leaking rear diff pinion oil seal. I took a copy of the tech bulletin and the guy said it was the first he knew ...

Is it loose then?

IIRC does it not clamp on the lip on the bottom of the battery and not over the top like the old ones?

BTW I personally gave up using using Smoothrite yonks ago, it's too britt ...

It's just been into Land Rover to have some swivel seals replaced and they said they couldnt find anything wrong with the engine.

Im just going through a dealer "theres nothing wrong" s ...

Whilst both very correct (although i would choose standard hammerite in there (external and clamps done waxoyl) and the second battery is a little down the line after the last finance hammering!

That site is a good site - been around a few years; they used to have a huge resource before a website change seemed to loose a lot.

best thing to do is phone a 4x4 supplier with your requirements and they'll sort you out with the right set up.

mine are OME 761's (i think)

When you fitted your winches to the front did you need to upgrade the front suspension?

On previous 90's i have, but none had the "heavy duty" suspension that you get anyway with a CSW.

As mentioned my AC is very cold - its so cold that often you can see your breath which has got to be good (dont get that on the disco)

I've had battles with LR CS in the past, it often needs persistence as they too are not averse to BS'ing.

Never had that - they were especially good with the disco
