This post says a lot - grease makes little difference ...so more likely to be alignment issues. shocking.

OK, so if grease makes no difference and alignment cant be altered as it's all dowelled ...

When you say "Injector seals", I assume you mean the copper ones at the base of the injector and not the larger ring seals around the tops?

I wasn’t sure the hand pump would prime the pump AND enable the injectors to spill into the return line.
