I did a Disco with a matt bonatti bonnet (it was white) and bonnati mach 5's and it was painted. Cost less than £100 for bonnet. Although it's permenant, it was better finish.

Well it's only taken them some 20+ years  Like a few I've thought that a HCPU tub onto a 110DC would look good. Wonder if you can get a pallet or a 1t bag of sand in the back? |

You too can become Colt Severs with your own chrome pick up "roll" hoop. Handy for mounting spotlights, aeriels or just looking bling. Not structural so can't be used as roll protection.
