I fitted Fox to my 110 and they are an improvement over the original factory items. Definitely more compliant and less bouncy. The only downside is that it gets a bit floaty when fully loaded.

OBD is standard on all modern vehicles. It will work for most common PIDS.

Looks like the main relay to me. It provides power to the ECU when the ignition is switched on, it's under the driver's seat. Try with a fresh relay.

I used Dinitrol 4010 on my Defender. I liked it because it was translucent and did not hide anything. However, I found it did not last that long and soon wore off and the rust was back.
