I'm not sure what the "clutch switch" is? - are you referring to the "clutch pedal sensor"?

SOMETIMES my MY2008 Puma's revs stay high when I change gears (take foot off accelerator) for a second or two, before dropping down.
What's causing this?

I've just pulled all the fuses out and replaced them again.

Everything else is working. Fuses appear ok.
No speedo, revs, trip meter, fuel or temp guages.
