In hindsight, perhaps a new/different engine would have been a smart idea. Including the cost I had before the gasket (heat gelaten, but apparently not the cause) it would have costed the same?

Just installed mine tiday, went Ok.

Have normal fm reception, very bad dab, but do get some stations (badly), but…. It say’s dab antenna error in the screen. It’s a kenwood kmm-bt505dab.

After much deliberation the shop decided to go hoe the head gasket as a last resort. And that’s what it was. Problem solved.

Car came back from the shop and is fixed. Head gasket. Nothing to be found in cooling fluid.

I’m happy.
