I've got a Demand exhaust on the 110 and it's a thing of beauty, I would definitely recommend them. As an aside, Demand make the exhausts for Alive, albeit to a design specific to Alive  |

| I'd recommend giving the external surfaces of the LOF shafts a bit of paint before fitting, mine went orange on the exposed flange part pretty quickly |

Exactly the same issue with my TD5 110 after fitting a recon gearbox with the V8 5th gear ratio. I fitted a speedo healer and it's been faultless since then. A bit more info here:
