I wouldn't worry about DC/DC , this is connected directly to your main battery. Nothing else involved.
For a higher watt pure sinus inverter you'll need much heavier cables, so upgrading the 180w is ... |

| You can prime the filter before you put it in, so it is soaked and will flow a little faster by first startup. |

My side rails are more Gold/ Brown after 7 Months.
For me not a problem, matching very well with the silicon silver skids.
