I got tickets to Dunsfold Open Day for Christmas so spent last weekend there.

Used it nearly everyday for last 22 years for everything.
Have to use wife's car when we have to go to Norwich as every Car Park has a height barrier.
Very 110 unfriendly. |

Just lined my doors with flashing tape 3mm and sound proofing.
Made a big difference sounds less tinny and more solid. |

Ive had an Auto in my 110 for over 20years. Enjoyed it.
Brilliant in sand/Dunes and thick mud, better than a manual.
However if I need to change it I would have a manual. |

Thought I would reply as I have just bought a set for my 110.
It had series doors originally so no brainer in getting a set and saving loads.

I’m not saying I don’t like the Grenadier, I would definitely have one if I was in the market for a new 4x4.

Make sure the cable is good, any kinks will cause problems.
If in doubt get a new one.
Best to store the cable in an old motorbike tire. |
