Masai/VGS panoramic windows, picture requests
Hi folks,
Not posted here for a good while but I’ve just picked up a new project and trying to decide what colour to paint it. Its a 110 CSW and I like the idea of fitting the panoramic glass windows to the rear with a matching black roof. Just wondering if anyone else has done the same with the black roof to tie it in? I’m leaning towards Keswick green for the body but open to most other colours depending what looks best.
Any pics you have please post away, 110 or 90 doesn’t really matter Tom

Although my favourite colour with a black contrasting roof is Keswick Green, Masai panoramic windows look sublime with a black body so they blend in invisibly Ride like you stole it!!
If I’m not on a bike it’s because only a 4x4 will do…

Yeah black does look great with them but it can look awful very quickly. I had a black car once and vowed never again! Tom

Each had their own opinion, I think black looks best with the heavily tinted side glass. Then dark grey, dark blue, dark red and so on. A bit like tinted windows in the side of a car, these look better on a dark car. My opinion, of course. I think it depends on what look you want to go for with the finished car - retro, modern, subtle, decreet, classy or maybe really an in-your-face stand out look. That's what makes it so exciting! How about a non Land Rover colour? I've seen a few cars sprayed in BMW Marrakesh brown metallic.
