Here’s a few pictures. All of these parts are plastic. The nuts on the right are the most worrying as these are the nuts that slot into the roof rails and fix the top of the box to the car. They look to be 3D printed and won’t last 5 minutes I reckon! I think you can get t track bolts that would do a similar job - good to hear if anyone’s had any success?

I used an M8 variant of these stainless steel plate and welded nut. Fits in the rails.

Has anyone compared the quality of third party boxes to genuine ones? I'm looking at the House of Vulkan one specifically as they seem to have a decent reputation.

Also, as has been asked before - can anyone provide the actual dimensions of the box? I want to put 5 litre containers (screenwash etc) in there. Defender D300 HSE 110 MY22 Pangea Green
