My alisport nas rad came with a shroud, I’d ask if it’s a mistake. Also on the pic that rad is fitted with a fan switch already. You need a couple of relays to wire it but one connector is 83 degrees and the other is 93 iirc. You wire one fan to the 83 and one to 93 so they both come on.

Thanks for the tips MercianRover - I wasn't familiar with the x-eng fan switch, I'll definitely do that. Out of interest what temp thermostat are you running on your 100"?

Thermal switch adapter for bottom hose:

My thermostat is whatever was standard for 3.9 EFI on 14CU.

Factory knew what they were doing.

O/T: keep the paper element airbox and filter.

Long overdue update! Engine is in, all the plumbing is done. It’s not the prettiest setup but it’ll do the job. Next job is to sort out an exhaust and figure out what some of the wires do.

Long overdue update: With the help of the Rover V8 Appreciation group on FB, I think I've sorted the last few niggles with this. She's running nicely and pulls like a train. I really need some taller gearing next.

The engine bay is a bit scabby, but here she is all plumbed up:

Once I've got the taller gearing I'll work out what MPG I'm getting Shocked @tab.travels on instagram

Change the transfer gearing in the LT95 to Range Rover ratios, will transform it!
