Is PPF worth having? You bet
If you intend to use your lovely L663 Defender off-road anywhere where you might succumb to bramblerash or pinstripes here is why you should seriously consider putting PPF onto your pride and joy ………

As some will know I managed to bash the offside/ driver side rear ¼ panel of my 110 in February and the panel was replaced and to “blend” the paint the film on the driver’s side rear door was also removed. It will be replaced in July as that is the earliest I can spare the car. Anyway today we did a 50 mile drive on seriously dusty tracks and was amazed to see when I pulled back onto the paved road and accelerated how much dust blew off my car straight on to the old style 90 following me! When home I had a look at the car and the difference in the cleanliness or lack of dust in the pinstripes on the unwrapped panels is quite evident compared the the wrapped drivers door and front wing…….

Left of pic is rear passenger door unwrapped - right of photo wrapped drivers door - you may need to expand the photo to see the stark difference between finishes.
Please excuse the iPhone rotation

That’s seriously impressive Tim. Gives me a good feeling about having had mine done.

Looks good, which company did you go with for the PPF?
