All Seats in mine were swapped out by the previous owner
so I'm not surprised that there are some non-standard elements.

Thanks also...My Seats are wired to Standard LR Heated Seat Switches so each either on-off / one setting

Ok, so it is still worth tracing the wiring and finding what is between the switches and the heat pads. There may be a control unit/relay to protect those switches which cannot take much in the way of current. If it is a small black and green box then it is possible it is a Mobile Centre kit.
