I’m not sure, it could be just rain water that’s been lying in the under shield because there’s 2 leaks now Big Cry Rolling with laughter

The same warning ⚠️ light appeared again today on the same stretch of pot holed road. It is not liking rough terrain at all. The pot holes are nothing major every other car is driving over the same pot holes with no problems and I’ve driven over far worse in little hatchbacks/vans/saloons etc. The road surface is uneven and pot holes are spread across the road, it doesn’t happen if one wheel hit one pot hole but because all wheels are going over this section of multiple potholes it is triggering the warning light....Very strange. The warning light then disappears after ignition recycle.

Land assist coming out in the morning to check it’s road safe! Booked into the dealership on Monday.

Rolling with laughter I’ll let the engineers do that. I did smell it and there was nothing.

Always on the same stretch of potholed road - could there be a loose sensor or connection somewhere in the intelligent drive system? Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Well with what looks like no leak of vehicles fluids, no simple fault codes to show connection issues, maybe it's time to look at the transfer case clutch and oil?

I’m thinking it’s something to do with the clutch. I will update after LR Assist has been in the morning.

if its clear and no smell / taste then odds on its as someone else mentioned and simply water / condensation draining from the AC system........
most cars will do this

Hopefully it is something like that but it still has the 2WD warning problem that is happening daily now going over rough pot holed roads. I also had a scraping front passenger side brake noise but that seems to of gone now.

Got my car 3 days ago and so far have had the message come up twice.
No idea what caused it, as I was just driving in normal mode on a regular road both times. Will hopefully get to LR service in the next few days to see if they have any further information. Certainly not very confidence inspiring.

What engine model do you have?

I've got the D300 D300 HSE - Eiger Grey
L405, Disco 4, RRS all sold.

Okay so the LR assist engineer has been out and run a diagnostic test which brought up 3 fault codes one being something to do with suspension on the AWD system and another being the ABS not sure what the third one was but they are all new faults because usually there would be something on the system when the code shows up on the screen. He said if the code had been logged into their systems it would of been fixable there and then. So now it is going into the garage on Monday and the LR assist engineer is going to get onto the software technicians with the fault codes so they can do the patch or whatever they do to fix it.

I will update further on Monday.

One of the joys of being an early /adopter of new tech! Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come

On the current product cycles and constant attention to cost, it seems it's always new tech.

The 2WD problem is something to do with the Matter Sensor. They are replacing it next Monday easy fix according to the engineer.

The brakes have been fine for over a week now so must of been wearing in. They said it is suspension engaging under heavy braking.

No leaks found under the car, they said possibly only the air condenser creating water on cooling.

imagine all this happening in the middle of nowhere on the cape york road or remote australia , certainly inspires no confidence in these products for dealing with harsh environments. Did they actually test these vehicles anywhere other than the snowy climates.
