Alarm and locking issues
The last few days I've experienced some weird goings on with the alarm and locking. It started with the mirrors not folding when I locked the car with the button on the door handle. Then a bouble beep appeared from under the bonnet. I tried using the key to lock, same scenario hower with the key lock the alarm would sound after about 5 seconds. Ive checked on the app to see if the car is locked and the app is saying its unlocked even though its locked. If I try locking it using the app I get a message saying that the battery is too low to lock the car. I have done a lot of short journeys this last week so the battery could be low however the car crabks and starts just like it always has.
So tonight I've put the battery on charge just to see if it will make a difference. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

The battery has been on charge all night and the Cetek charger say its full.
Locking issues not resolved and I still get this message on the app.

Don’t believe the warnings on the app. 2 months ago I had a puncture that showed on the TPMS in the car and on the app. According to the app I still have a flat tyre despite the dash having reset and registering the correct tyre pressures. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Why oh why all this automation/computerisation?

I don't need it, I don't want it - I'm dreading buying my next car. It started with a kiss, never thought it would come to this.

Depending which model CTEK charger you have there's a reconditioning mode that may be worth running.

Yep did that Thumbs Up
Landrover assist are coming out in the morning. There are a few other little issues that have appeared. The one touch windows no longer work. The car doesn't auto lower anymore. So something is up. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

Landrover Assist came out and plugged his lap top in. Found loads of issues with the drivers door. Car is now at dealers being fixed. I have a new Disco Sport as a loan car. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

Thumbs Up

This was the reason I had LR Assist out, stone stuck in the front brake back plate. Proper JLR Tech came out, he said if phoning LR Assist always ask for a JLR tech as they have all the proper gear, you wait longer for one though

You get two choices either a dedicated Landrover tec that you may have to wait for or an AA tech. Both are employed by the AA. The Landrover loan car is an AA car. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

So what was the reason for all these?
