Headlamp Adjustment Screws
Hi all, does anyone know where I can purchase 4 of the headlamp Adjustment screws (the ones the headlamp ring slot into)?

The only ones I can find are £12 a pair which is disgusting for relatively small screws! A search of part number STC1614 for the kit reveals prices up to £20 Shocked

Thanks! Now: 2010 2.4 TDCi 110 Utility Wagon
Then: 2004 2.5 TD5 90 Hard Top (X-Tech Edition)

There seems to be quite a lot on eBay. Here's one example:

A search for Mini headlight adjusters brought up similar stuff, too. Darren

Thanks, I did see those but it says only up to 06 plus mine has headlamp levelling. Do you reckon they are the same screws though?

I probably need to check again as with the leveller I'm assuming only one adjustment screw is needed per side. Now: 2010 2.4 TDCi 110 Utility Wagon

That date is a red herring as the set up for later vehicles is exactly the same as for TD5's.

It's two screws per headlight even with the levelling mechanism. Darren

Same part number from 1999 onwards regardless of self levelling or not. Rgds.

Hi all, another thread revival (sorry!)

I have recently found that my adjuster screws just spin in place - if you put pressure in behind whilst unwinding then they do move with the adjustment, but the slightest pressure on the front pushes them all the way back in, so I think I need the bowls as well as the screws...

Does anyone know if the Wipac S6004 kit (bowls with bezel and fixings) includes the adjuster screws?

cheers
K
