United Kingdom 2002 Defender 90 Td5 HT Caledonian Blue
I'm leaning towards a Camens ECU as megasquirt seems to be a bit outdated now - although the most supported system in the diy market!

The engine is already about as upgraded as it can be. Full custom ground, high torque cam by JE. Stage 4 big valve heads, cross bolted, fully dynamically lightened and balanced. Fully port matched and flowed inlet with custom shaped unequal length trumpets etc etc.

Rpi and a few others seem to recommend Bosch coils so I'll give them a go and see if it cures it Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

What some of the hard vvc lads and the metro cup racers use is emerald ecu's which might be an idea for you Thumbs Up
Get the best you can for it, When i ran my vvc metro, i was bolting on lotus parts, due to the fact it was practically the same as the MGF, which was loosely based on the rover metro. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Used the Range Rover yesterday to launch my Jetski, I wasn't too keen on dunking it in the sea but needs must! (only the rear axle went under really - and it got a very thorough rinse off as soon as I got home!)

A couple of people stopped to ask me about it (from a distance) and I got a picture of me just about to launch the ski Thumbs Up

Great day for it Mr. Green

Well, it's been sealed, cavity waxed and coated to the absolute maximum and its not like its a regular occurrence, infact it's the first time. I'm sure it will be fine Laughing

I live spitting distance from the sea so it's getting blasted with salty air most of the time anyway Neutral 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

Well, the Range Rover has been racking up the miles. Today Mrs Grafty and I went to valley of the rocks to watch the sunset. Obviously I took a sneaky picture of the Range Rover whilst we were there Whistle

Project Range Rover has just completed its first long trip Mr. Green 400 miles to Oxford and back to drop my cousin back to his car (long story!).

It ran an absolute dream, smooth and quiet but most amazingly (and I still can't quite believe I'm about to type this) it averaged 21.2MPG Thud

My cousin took a picture on the way, it was a lovely evening for it and the motorway was very quiet indeed!
